We produced DataDisrupt, a two-day conference which included keynote speakers and fireside chats from financial services and data analytics companies for over (400) attendees. Served as venue liaison at Metropolitan West Pavilion and coordinated all onsite logistics Took over the first floor to create an exhibition for all sponsors, providing custom branding for each booth Transformed the second floor into a conference area for all other attendees Provided turnkey production services for the entirety of the event inclusive of floor plans, slide creative, catering, branding, run of show development and stage management The michael alan group is a full-service experiential marketing agency & event production company.
